Service Description

Transgenerational Psychodrama is an experiential therapeutic approach designed to explore and transform emotional dynamics that span generations. This approach integrates the foundations of classical psychodrama with a systemic and transgenerational perspective, allowing for the representation of significant scenes, internal connections, and inherited conflicts that continue to influence present-day life. Through symbolic dramatization and body-emotional work, access is gained to content that is often unavailable through rational dialogue alone. The process facilitates: Identifying unconscious family mandates and invisible loyalties. Recognizing repetitive patterns in relationships, choices, and life crises. Giving space and voice to emotions silenced within the family system. Internally reorganizing experiences of exclusion, loss, or transgenerational trauma. Strengthening a distinct adult position within one's own lineage. The central focus is not on reliving the past dramatically, but rather on reinterpreting it. Symbolic representation allows for distance, broadening understanding, and generating new internal perspectives. Emotional integration and the construction of a freer and more coherent narrative aligned with one's current identity are fostered. This work takes place in a safe and structured therapeutic context, with emotional support and ongoing professional guidance. Integrated within a broader clinical process, transgenerational psychodrama facilitates profound internal shifts, promoting autonomy, clarity, and a more conscious relationship with one's own family history.
