This policy governs the terms of payment, cancellation, rescheduling and refund of services offered by Ankusha Therapies, including psychotherapy, couples therapy, workshops, programs and retreats.

2. Payments

  • All services must be paid for in advance to confirm the booking

  • Payment guarantees the availability of the space and the professional.

3. Individual and couple sessions

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations outside the deadline or non-attendance will result in the loss of the session.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability

4. Workshops and programs

  • Once registration is complete, refunds are not guaranteed.

  • In some cases, a date change or credit for future editions may be offered.

  • Access to content (if applicable) implies acceptance of no refunds.

5. Withdrawals

  • Withdrawals may require specific conditions depending on the program

  • In general, refunds are not given, except in exceptional circumstances.

  • Expenses associated with third parties (accommodation, logistics, etc.) are non-refundable.

6. Exceptions

Exceptional cases will be evaluated individually, with no obligation to refund.

7. User Responsibility

The user is responsible for:

  • Manage your availability

  • Adhere to the established schedules

  • Please inform us of any changes in advance.
